Shipping policy

ALL ONLINE ORDERS made and purchased on the website are made when ordered. Therefore, it takes 1-3 weeks to process and make, then we ship. Please make sure that everything is within your time frame and that you have at least 2-3 weeks or more to spare before ordering in case there may be delays or any conflict. 

After we finish processing and making your order, the product shipping time will normally take 2-7 days to arrive depending on the shipping service you choose to pay at checkout. This also varies based on the shipping courier and location. Our packages are shipped with SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS so make sure someone 18+ years of age is at the address you provided to sign for the package otherwise UPS may keep it at a location near and you will have to go pick it up. 

PROBLEM WITH UPS AFTER SHIPMENT? 

If there is a problem with your order after we ship the item, please make sure to contact UPS first because we receive the same information as you after it is scanned through their system. 

IN-STORE CUSTOM MADE PIECES- Pieces are made exactly to your measurements so production time is about 1-2 weeks if you go to the store during consultation hours. DOES NOT APPLY TO ONLINE ORDERS.
